Eurocom provides its customers two contractual options for the service operations:
- full service contract
- a post-guarantee service contract
The full service contract
On the basis of the full service contract, Eurocom will ensure maintenance, consumables (with or without paper), spare parts and work required to replace them. The beneficiary will pay a single monthly fee. The total service contract has a lot of advantages - precise monitoring of costs applicable to printing/copying/scanning operations, saving time and space due to the regular supply of consumables, free training of two operators, guaranteed response/repair time, even total safety of your works by taking over your working volumes if, for various reasons, your equipment is not repaired in due time, as required to comply with your contractual deadlines.
We are aware that some applications and deadlines are critical for your business, so we have developed an optional permanent technical assistance service in response for your requests outside the normal working hours.
The post-guarantee service contract
The post-guarantee service contract includes monthly visits of the Eurocom personnel for maintenance operations and interventions whenever necessary. This type of contract includes all labour costs.
